ingredients

2 ripe avocados

2 medium oranges

1 medium grapefruit

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into thin wedges.

  • Cut off the top and bottom of the oranges and grapefruit and slice away the peel and white pith, following the contour of the fruit.

  • Cut the fruit into thin slices and place them on a large platter.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

  • Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and avocado slices.

  • Sprinkle with chopped cilantro, if using.
